TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence
On June, 27 the Petroff Palace announced that it had been granted with the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence. This award which focuses on the highest standards of service in the hotel industry is accorded only to companies which received positive feedback from guests on TripAdvisor’s website in the previous year. The Certificate is conceded to accommodations, restaurants, and attractions all around the world which constantly take care of their customers so they get the leading quality of service.

To determine Certificate of Excellence recipients Tripadvisor’s jury uses a special rating system which is based on user-generated content. It includes review ratings, overall rating and quantity, and frequency of reviews. To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, a hospitality business has to comply with following requirements as for maintenance an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five, for possession of a minimum number of reviews and, finally, for presence on TripAdvisor for at least one year.
