Daily 24 hours you can contact Front office to get information of rooms availability for any period you are interested in.

We will need a credit card number to reserve your room. Deposit of 1 night(s) due 1 day(s) prior to arrival. Non-guaranteed reservations are to be cancelled immediately. Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.

Cancellation policy: You may cancel your reservation for no charge up to 1 day before the date of arrival. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charge. For non-cancellable bookings: Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If the credit card is not enough money for preauthorization, the reservation is canceled.

Child Policy: All children under 12 years are provided with extra bed free of charge. All children above 12 years are charged RUB 500 per room for the extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Triple accommodation is possible in the Suite and Executive Suite room type only. Any type of extra bed needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
